Management Engineering
Management Engineering:
The Master’s degree in Management Engineering is intended for students who want to supplement their deep engineering knowledge with the ability to make strategic decisions and tackle organizational problems.
This course aims to equip students with the ability to plan and manage complex systems and to develop their entrepreneurial and managerial skills.
The course covers a wide range of areas including technology, management, organization, entrepreneurship, economics, and finance. Traditional theoretical instruction is combined with executive seminars and visits to leading companies by prominent members of the business world. You can learn from an international perspective. The environment is open to the contributions of international scholars and students. Internships and study stages abroad are encouraged and supported.
Course modules include supply chain management and logistic network design, project management and operations management, and more.
Management engineers are suitable for high-level careers in industry, consulting, and financial services. Examples of specific areas where graduates can make valuable contributions, both in private and public sector, include:
- strategic planning
- Management of business operations
- Economic and financial analysis of investment projects
- Production control and logistics
- Distribution and supply chain management
- industrial quality control
- Driving the innovation process
- Service management and design
- Information and data management
Automotive Engineering:
The aim is to impart knowledge and skills in manufacturing high performance, competitive cars and motorcycles. From hybrid and electric motor propellers to production systems with features typical of the new manufacturing environment 4.0.
Advanced automotive engineers are able to plan, design and manufacture major subsystems for automobiles and motorcycles, with particular reference to premium market and racing cars.
Depending on the course chosen, advanced automotive engineering graduates specialize in:
Power train
He/she can design traditional and innovative propulsion systems, paying attention to optimization, management and solving environmental and energy problems.
Ground vehicle architecture
He /She will be responsible for building and developing the vehicle, starting with the basic design aspects and ending with building his main group of high-performance vehicles and the ‘cold’ sub-group.
Race car architecture
He/she can set all “cold” groups and subgroups of race cars. In particular, he/she specializes in aerodynamic aspects, the use of lightweight materials (carbon fiber reinforced materials), and the design and execution of experimental tests.
Motorcycle
He/she can design and develop high tech his motorcycles in both production and racing departments. He/she can manage certain aspects of electrical engineering and industrial manufacturing.
Manufacturing
He / She will be able to plan, develop, control, and manage processes and production systems related to the automotive sector, especially in relation to the use of cutting-edge digital technologies.
