YOUR STUDY DESTINATION

Why study in Estonia?

2026–2027 study planning · Sources checked 27 October 2026

Estonian institutions publish programmes with different entry requirements and fee structures. Start by comparing the exact degree, teaching language, campus and course content. Digital public services do not remove the need for academic eligibility, complete documents or the correct immigration permission.

Your admission route

How to check your application route

The official admission guide directs applicants to check programme requirements, fees and deadlines. Some courses use interviews, tests or portfolios. Make a checklist from the current course notice, and distinguish a submitted application from a final offer. If transferring, ask the institution how it assesses prior credits rather than assuming all modules will transfer.

COSTS & FUNDING

Plan with confidence

The official FAQ describes institutional scholarship possibilities, including fee waivers and performance-based support. Check whether the award applies from entry or only after study progress. Use a housing quotation and the published course fee to budget. Residence, work and post-study rules need a separate check with the responsible authority for your circumstances.

Build a decision you can afford

Save the course page, fee notice and refund terms for each option. Record the date checked, the currency and whether each charge is due before arrival. Use a conservative plan that still works if a scholarship is not awarded or a part-time job takes longer to find.

For the next intake, use the official call for that specific programme. A 2026 deadline is not evidence of a 2027 deadline. If the next call is not available, prepare documents and ask the admissions office when it expects to publish its notice.
