PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy applies to all users of our website ItalinEDx.com (Italin Group S.r.l.s).
This Policy has been drawn up in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (Code regarding the protection of personal data, hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) and the EU General Regulation no. 679/2016 on data protection (hereinafter “GDPR”) and describes
(i) the type of personal data we collect,
(ii) the way in which such data are processed,
(iii) the subjects with whom the data are shared and
(iv) the rights of the interested parties, meaning by this term the candidates and users of the site to which these data refer.
Finally, the measures adopted to protect data security, the way in which to contact the Joint Controllers and the ways in which interested parties can exercise their rights are illustrated.
1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
The data we collect:
- Personal data such as but not limited to: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, domain names of users.
- Other data that are provided directly by the user.
- Furthermore, if the user is a candidate who submits his application, the Companies, in accordance with current legislation, will collect the following information:
- Previous work experience and education;
- Language skills and other job skills;
- Date of birth;
- Sex;
- Citizenship;
- Tax information;
- Information contained in the curriculum;
- Information relating to professional interests or other information relating to qualifications relevant for employment.
2. WHAT DO WE PROCESS THE DATA COLLECTED FOR?
Personal data will be collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Offer job and employment opportunities;
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers;
- Carry out, evaluate and improve our business (including by developing, enhancing, analyzing and improving our services; managing our communications and performing data analysis);
- Protect against, detect and seek to prevent fraud and other illegal activities, claims and liabilities;
- Fulfill and apply the legislation in force and contractual obligations.
3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE DATA?
The personal data collected and processed will be kept by the Company for the period necessary for their use.

5. RECIPIENTS
As part of the purposes indicated in this Notice, your data may be disclosed to employees, collaborators, suppliers and customers of the Controller.
The data may also be disclosed to Italian and foreign companies belonging to the Italin Group which are based both in countries belonging to and not belonging to the European Economic Area.
Any transfers to companies not belonging to the European Economic Area will be carried out in compliance with the GDPR (Adequacy decision; Adequate guarantees; Binding corporate rules; Exceptions in specific situations).
6. WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE USERS-INTERESTED
Pursuant to art. 15 and ss. of the GDPR, the user has the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered;
- access to the same data and their origin, as well as the purposes, storage times, processing methods and logic applied in case of processing carried out with automated tools (right of access – Article 15 of the GDPR);
- obtain the updating, rectification and integration of the processed data (right of rectification – art.16 of the GDPR);
- obtain the deletion of data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data are collected and processed (right to cancellation – Article 17 of the GDPR);
- obtain the limitation to the processing of personal data concerning you (right of limitation – Article 18 of the GDPR);
- obtain communication of any updates, corrections and / or additions of your personal data made by the Data Controller to the recipients involved (notification obligation – Article 19 of the GDPR);
- receive the personal data processed in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and, except in the case in which it is not technically feasible, directly transmit your data to another Data Controller (right to data portability – art. 20 of the GDPR);
- obtain confirmation that your personal data will not be subject to automated processing processes (automated decision-making process – art.22 of the GDPR);
- propose a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. It should be noted that for Italy the Guarantor for the protection of personal data is competent, which can be contacted via the contact details shown at the web address: http://www.garanteprivacy.it (right to lodge a complaint – articles 13 and 77 of the GDPR).
The user can also exercise the right to object. This right allows the user to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection (right to object – Article 21 of the GDPR).

Although the Companies have adopted rigorous operating procedures and technical and organizational security measures adequate to prevent any access, modification, elimination or transmission, we inform you that the transfer of such data via the internet is not completely secure and it is not possible to guarantee the security of personal data transmitted to the website or to third parties. For these reasons, any data transmission takes place at the user’s own risk.
